We deliver nationwide, across multiple locations in the UK. That includes:

Free Shipping Criteria

We offer free Royal Mail Standard Delivery (on all orders £30 and over). This applies to the total amount after any discounts or vouchers are applied. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout.

Order Processing

We process and dispatch orders 7 days a week:

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are shipped the same day.
  • Orders received after 4:00 PM, on Sundays, or on bank holidays will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

All orders are packed securely and scanned into the courier’s tracking system at the time of dispatch. As soon as your parcel is shipped, we’ll send you an email with full tracking details date.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, a tracking email will be sent to you. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and bank holidays), please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll send it to you directly.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the time of delivery:

  • Royal Mail may leave the item at your local delivery office and attempt redelivery at a later date

Make sure someone is available to receive the parcel, especially for premium delivery orders, which usually require a signature.

Bank Holidays

We do not process or dispatch orders on the UK bank holidays. Please note that orders placed during the UK’s bank holidays will be packed and shipped on the next working day.

Couriers also do not collect or deliver on official holidays, so allow extra time if your order is placed close to these dates. This applies to both standard and premium delivery services.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your delivery is taking longer and hasn’t arrived within the expected time, follow these steps:

    1. Check your tracking link: It may show a delay or delivery attempt.
    2. Wait until the full delivery timeframe has passed.
      • For Royal Mail: Allow up to 5 working days.

    If the parcel still hasn’t arrived or the tracking status isn’t updating, contact us. We will contact the courier on your behalf and begin an investigation if needed.
